I'm sad to go because it's in a great location very safe, quiet and right by OZ Park in the heart of Lincoln Park. Bedroom can come furnished (bed/box spring, bed frame, headboard, side tables, dressers, lamp).

LANDLORD is a nice guy and lives few blocks away and is extremely responsive. He will require credit check and security deposit but I will get more info on that shortly.
