Let me start with, I sell new appliances for a small local dealer and we have a factory authorized service department. We had a customer call us and got a service call for a refrigerator she bought from a notorious used, scrapped dealer that always claimed product was new.
We did a service call on it and charged her for parts and labor. She called me, on the sales floor, and complained that she didn't think she should have to pay two service companies for work on her used (and now 2 year old refrig) and that we should refund her money to her.
Today she calls me (on the sales floor) and asked me what the name of the service company was that did the service work previous to us doing the work.
wtf, how am i supposed to know?!?! YOU called THEM!
Today is just a pure hell day. /vent off
