Landlord didn't replace fuse for 3 days, now all of my food has gone bad. Can I ask for reimbursement? (WI) legaladvice

I live in a two bedroom apartment with a roommate. On Monday night around 10:45 I noticed a fuse had blown while I was making tea. We do not have access to the fuse/switch box from our unit so I call the non-emergency line (as I figured they could come fix it in the morning and the food would be okay over night).

The landlord did not come to fix the fuse until Thursday and all of the food in our shared refrigerator spoiled. I looked through my lease and didn't find any specific clause about reimbursement or differed maintenance, but are we entitled to any? She and I had each gone shopping that Sunday and our freezer was full of meat.

Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
