I am looking for a roommate for my apartment. It is for a private bed and bath in a 2 bed 4 bath apt, includes furniture. Rent is $2200 each. This is a penthouse apartment at Beacon Lofts in the Arts district. The apartment is 2 floors with entrances on both levels. There is a huge 500sqft balcony. The apartment is 2200sqft in total. Very comfortable. Parking included.

I'm a 24M young professional in the transportation industry. I work regular hours, cook regularly and have people over occasionally. I am pretty laid back.
