I have samsung french door refrigerator - RF4287HARS. I am trying to change the water filter.. I started with turning off the water supply and then drained the water from the line to release the pressure. I was able to take the old filter out but new one wont go in. I have applied enough pressure and tried following instruction from the manual. Old and new filters are indentical and I cant seem to insert the old one either. Please help..
