Pixelated premonition Glitch_in_the_Matrix

This is my first post, but I have been on reddit for a while. I was originally going to post this in Supernatural, but I think it fits much better here.

I work in a clinical laboratory in a hospital. There are several different departments within our lab. I work in the microbiology department. This is only important because micro (and the adjacent pathology lab) are the only two departments that are completely secluded from the rest of the lab. The micro lab, for instance, is the only other department (besides pathology) that is an actual room of it's own with a door that is kept closed at all times.

The micro lab is set up with a "bar/work bench" in the center that you are able to walk all the way around. Opposite, and surrounding the center "bar" are tables with computers, work desks (for paperwork), an area to set up gram stains, and several refrigerators where we store various media as well as specimens.

The night that my experience took place, I was sitting at a computer that was next to the gram staining area, which was next to a large refrigerator. The refrigerator is right next to the only door that allows anyone to enter or leave.

I work the swing or PM shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) and after 3pm, I am the only lab tech that works in micro. This is important to note, as when the possible glitch I experienced occurred, there was absolutely no one else in the microbiology lab except for me.

So, on the night my possible glitch occurred (about two or so months ago), I was finishing up some monotonous/boring work on one of the computers, alone, in the microbiology lab. It was around 10:30pm and I was fairly tired from a full, busy day processing specimens.

While the work I was doing was fairly monotonous and/or boring, I felt somewhat comfortable and in my "zone". (I mention this since other times inexplicable events have occurred, I have often had the same sort of mindset-kind of on auto-pilot and not really thinking too much about anything else other than the task at hand.)

The particular computer I was using that night, as I mentioned earlier, was directly adjacent to the gram staining area-which is right next to the large(st) refrigerator, which is right next to the door to enter/leave. Again, there is a "bar/work bench" area in the center of the lab of which me, the computer, the gram staining area, the refrigerator and the door are opposite of, or facing.

So, there I was on my computer, sort of mindlessly doing my work, when something caught my peripheral vision. I looked up, and for about two seconds I literally saw the image of two legs walking from the door, making a sharp left turn (towards me), walking halfway between the location of the refrigerator and gram stain station, and turning once more to "face" the "bar/work bench" area.

When I say I saw "legs," I mean that I only saw a fuzzy sort of pixelated image from about the thighs down. The legs were wearing light blue pants and white shoes.

I remember shaking my head and even saying out loud to myself, "you need to get more sleep," when, not even two minutes after I saw the legs, a co-worker from a different department of the lab comes in. She walked from the door, making a sharp left-walking towards me-stopped halfway between the refrigerator and gram stain station, and the turned to face the "bar/work bench" in the center. She had on light blue scrub pants and white sneakers. Her movements were the exact movements I had just watched the pixelated legs perform.

I have never experienced anything quite like that before. I used to be a hardcore skeptic about almost everything that had no scientific/rational explanation...however, over the years, and more recently, I have had just too many inexplicable events happen to brush them off as just my imagination.

What do you think I saw? A few caveats: I DO suffer from mental illness-HOWEVER-I have never been psychotic or delusional (I have clinical depression, OCD, and ADHD-which I am medicated for). I had also been practicing meditation regularly when this incident occurred. Meditation seems to be a harbinger of strange sorts of events occurring in my life (coincidence, synchronicity etc.) and I DO tend to hallucinate at times while I meditate (I have synesthesia, so I had thought it was related to that... ... ...I only say this because at the time of my experience, I was in sort of a mindless daze akin to meditation... .... ...that would be my only rational explanation...)

P.S. Please excuse any formatting errors or otherwise, this is my first post ever.
