Help I shot my girlfriend and I with an air-powered bb gun AskDocs

So I have an airgun that shoots at around 410 fps (Umarex XBG). I bought it with my parents to use for target practice/self defense. It is powered by CO2 so when there are no bbs loaded, it shoots out air.

I was being careless yesterday, as I was improperly playing with the gun. I did not realize there were bbs in the clip, because I shot my pillow and nothing came out but air. I assumed the gun was unloaded which is something you should never do. I then proceeded to shoot "air" at my girlfriends leg from about 7 feet away, and asked if she felt it. She said no so I moved a foot closer (6ft) and shot again and she jumped on my bed and said it hurt. I apologized and tried to comfort her by saying "It doesnt hurt that bad, here I'll shoot myself" and I shot myself in the hand from about a foot away.

We're both 16. She was shot in her right thigh on her right side 6 inches above her knee (nothing but fat). I was shot on the inside of my left hand (my left palm) in between my ring knuckle and pinky knuckle (I didn't hit any bone, I can move my hand around 100% but it hurts).

The wounds bled for a few minutes (we ran them under cold water and applied pressure). They then have been (very) slowly bleeding until this morning, when we took the bandaids off and scabs formed.

The bbs are made of steel and copper plated (4.5mm spheres). I have put a magnet up to my hand and I'm sure the bb is in my hand. I am 80% sure theres also a bb in her thigh but it could be too deep for the cheap refrigerator magnet to reach.

My parents have understood that it is an accident and even though they didn't tell me to, I threw away my bb gun since no good can really come of it. Her mom however is very strict with almost every aspect of her life. Over the past few months I have gained her mom's trust and she loves me, although I am scared that she will disown me once I tell her.

I have read that after a week the bbs will have risen to the surface and will be (painfully) able to be removed. However I'd really love for her to go to an emergency room so she can be numbed and the bb properly removed and the wound stitched.

What I'm asking is how can I get her some ER care without parental knowledge?

TL;DR: A GUN IS ALWAYS LOADED
