Going into my senior year of college, I'm trying to be self sufficient with food and swear off the cafeteria. food

Hello food people of reddit!

Next year in college, I need ways to keep myself healthy and out of the dining commons at my college. Ways to stay cheap, easy, but healthy (a hard combination).

So far I've been finding salvation in organic canned food such as beans and peaches. I will have a stove, a skillet, and a refrigerator. I was just wondering if anyone on this sub had any advice or food suggestions for me so I can try to keep this trifecta going for the whole year.
