Looking to rent a new apartment in a college town. The rental agreement I was sent has language prohibiting kegs and extra refrigerators. I can understand the refrigerator, but I pay electricity, so it makes less sense. But the kegs are probably a college student provision?
Anyone have any experience pushing back against this sort of thing?
