Hey all! I'm a new flight attendant who is also new to Reddit and the Keto diet; forgive me as I'm still learning how to navigate the site. Essentially I am looking for basic information that can also be catered to the flight attendant lifestyle since we don't have easy access to refrigerators and microwaves. I have found lists of acceptable foods to eat but am still curious about a couple things.
-What are the must NOT eats? -What are the best beverages, besides water/decaf coffee/tea to consume? Alcoholic and non. -What are the best snacks? -How do I even begin to comprehend and calculate macros? -Which side effects are to be expected if I don't have any medical issues?
Any links and/or personal tips would be greatly appreciated!
