I called Sears support and they basically just put me in a phone loop. It's the French door bottom freezer. I got it on sale for 1k on Friday. Connected the water line yesterday and it made maybe five ice cubes. Checked it this morning and their was one ice. I tried lowering the temperature in the freezer but that didn't help. The fridge is level. Not sure what to try...
