I'm hungry every 2-3 hours Fitness

School just ended, and I am 17 years old overweight weighing 185 pounds, this summer I decided to start working out, play basketball more, run, and walk more. Also, I've started to eat less since last week, cut everything, stopped drinking orange juice and start drinking more water. I've quit soda in 2 years now, my weight stayed 185 throughout this time. My meal plan is basically, Special K Protein Cereal breakfast, lunch, and my dinner is most likely gonna be either fish or grilled chicken breast, with potato and other vegies. I don't eat snacks. When I get hungry, I still control myself not to eat and junk foods in our refrigerator. My goal for this summer is to lose atleast 30+ pounds so that be about 150 pounds of my goal. Does anyone else have a better suggestion that I can do to help me lose more pounds/calories/fat w.e you wanna call it.

Additional info: I run 1 mile a day = 17.5 laps to where I run. Hoping to increase that to 2-5 miles a day. After running I'd walk for more than 10 laps, or more. Then I'd hit Exercise Bikes, spend about 30+ mins there, burning 200-300 calories. Sometimes I'd do PPLRPPL. Usually when I'm done with all that I go shoot some basketball, I sweat a lot by doing it too, I dont know if it burns some calories. I'm pretty new with this fitness stuff and Im liking it, the best part of working out/running is probably sweating. I dont know why.
