Brand new refrigerator has noisy water line appliancerepair

I had a new Amana refrigerator delivered today and the water line is very noisy when the water flows to the dispenser in the door. The tubing inside the fridge kind of jerks as it dispenses, also. I believe the source is the water valve in the back of the refrigerator because the sound appears to be coming from there and when I feel the tubing that runs to the water dispenser I can feel it sputtering in time with the sound. When the dispenser stops it also makes what seems to be an abnormally loud sound (at least compared to my old GE refrigerator). According to my husband the water did not make that noise at first when the delivery person came and set it up, it only started making the noise after we adjusted the temperature control from "off" to "on".

Here's a video of the sound: https://youtu.be/3dWViD_yWHE

I'm just trying to figure out if this noise is in the range of normal, or if there's something not right with it. Any help would be appreciated!
