I weigh more than the average refrigerator..... It really hurt typing that. It's disgusting and I hate everything about being fat. I've wanted to change for a long time. I have pretty bad anxiety and depression so things like going to the gym or walking outside by myself is pretty hard for me.
I know that eating healthy will shred almost all of that weight off, but I want to exercise some to help with the depression and get in shape. So what are some exercises I could do at my weight, over 300 pounds, at my own home? Thanks.
