I'm here to finish losing the baby weight I packed on about eight months ago, and weight loss is never a monster I've ever really had to deal with.
I was skinny my whole life, but I gained a shit ton of weight while pregnant because I was a) pregnant and b) without a working refrigerator so 90% of our meals were what we could pick up on the way home, or from the 7/11 down the street. I ended up ballooning up to about 200lbs, from 140ish, and I'm currently stuck at 177.
I absolutely hate exercising. Dieting isn't too hard for me because I've never really ate much, I tend to eat one meal a day and maybe a bowl of chips. Right now I'm coming in around 1400/day and I'm going to try to cut that down in the next month or so. But exercising is like pulling teeth.
I've tried couch to 5k, and gave up around week three. I'm trying to do body weight circuit exercises now and I dread it everyday. I'm a SAHM so joining a gym is out of the question, and my endurance isn't high enough yet for me to fee confident joining a class (though in the past I used to do kendo and I absolutely love it and would join another dojo in a heartbeat if I could find one).
Does this really ever get any better or is it really the lesser of two evils?
