I am wanting to modify a refrigerator that will be located in my basement and run a line directly up to the kitchen. The length of run will be about 8ft. Saw in an article you don't want a run longer than 5ft without an external chilling system. They said 5ft or shorter is possible to use the ref blower. Any thoughts about this? Also, would I have a problem with pressure to go straight up?
