Looking for a roommate near Downtown Duluth! duluth

Hey everyone, I've been hitting up Craigslist and the like but I figured using Reddit couldn't hurt either.

At the end of the month, I will have an open bedroom in my 2 and a half bedroom apartment (I say two and a half because the third bedroom is extremely tiny just off the kitchen, and does not have a door. It has been used for storage of art supplies, coats, tools, anything else really that we don't want out in the open). I have one bathroom with a shower and clawfoot tub, decent sized kitchen with gas stove/oven and full sized refrigerator, Butler's pantry, dining room, a nice big living room, a mud room, a linen closet and a main closet. Both bedrooms are the same size. It's on the third floor of an apartment building with 8 apartments. All of my neighbors are very nice and respectful, there's a couple families and some college kids. The building itself is older, but very well maintained and has a lot of character. It is a secure building with two entrances to the apartment. There is an off-street parking lot shared with a couple other buildings. I live very close to downtown Duluth, if you are still interested you can contact me by e-mail or phone and we can set up a time to meet so you can see the apartment and decide if you would like to apply. My landlords are very nice people, and you will have to fill out an application with them and provide them with references. I am open to living with a man or a woman or even a couple if you're looking for place to split together.

Rent is $425 a month plus electric (usually around $30-50 a month that we will split), gas (only used for the stove and oven, often only $10 a month that we would split), and internet ($60 a month which we would split, it's through charter). I would ask for a $300 dollar deposit. The apartment is already mostly furnished, although if you have stuff you wish to bring to the common areas we can discuss that and move things around accordingly.

A little bit about myself: I am a 27 year old female. I work at a car dealership as a service advisor, where I have worked for almost three years. I have a very stable income and rent and paying bills is not a problem for me. I work the later shift at work, so I am a bit of a night owl. I am fairly quiet person, I may have some friends over at times, but its always pretty low key. If I were to ever have a big group of people over to the apartment I would obviously clear it with you first. I am a smoker but I only smoke outside, and I do drink but only moderately.
