I am going away on a business trip for two weeks with a break in the middle. I don't not know how to get my meals and lifts in. Fitness

I'm in desperate need of help, I have to leave this Sunday 8/16 to go on the first business trip till Saturday 8/22. The hotel is a Holiday Inn. There is some type of corporate meal budget, but that has not been emailed yet. I come home that Saturday and leave the next morning Sunday 8-22 till Saturday 8-29. The secound hotel is not yet known and the distance is double the first trip location is.

This is my first business trip in general let alone back to back trips. I need help with meal ideas for those weeks considering I will only have a small refrigerator and more than likely a microwave and usually eat 4-5 meals a day but I prep every other day to cut down on waste and make breakfast and dinner at home.

I doubt I will have a gym at the hotel and don't know how I will get my lifts in. I work out 6 times a week doing a 5x5 one day and a 10x10 the next with some cardio in terms of boxing/Judo.

I don't really know what to do. I can skip the workouts and I know I won't loose all my gainz, but I want to get something in as well as not gain 10 pounds eating junk.

Any help is appreciated!
