Help troubleshooting a refrigerator that is not cold enough! DIY

Hey all, just moved into a new apartment and the fridge is just not cold enough... I am looking for any DIY fixes that can help get this thing colder. A few notes...

Model: General Electric GTH18ABC2RWW

Outside appearances look all fine... Door gaskets are all in good shape, no ice build up, temp is set to all the way cold. No obvious blockages through ventilation. There is a tiny bit of ice on the top of the fridge section, right around the light. That is about it.

I would love to fix this myself and not have to contact landlord. Hoping there are some easy things that I could do to either boost the cooling power or adjust the temp reader - thanks!
