Why can't Neople think of better awakening names? I mean there's so many possibilities, but somehow they chose the worst possible names that still makes me face palm when I finish my awakening quests. Hell, some classes I've been wanting to play turned me off after seeing their awakening names.
Genie Wiz - Witch 2nd awakening (I would rather stay as Trickster than be called a Genie Wiz.)
Grandmaster => Omniblade - Blademaster 1st and 2nd awakening (c'mon Neople... in both Korea and China they called it Sword Saint => Sword God...)
Hell Freezer - Glacial Master 1st awakening (Might as well call the 2nd awakening Hell Refrigerator once it gets released)
Overmind - Elementalist 2nd awakening (Please Neople, why would you use that to describe the master of elements...)
Silent Eye - Asura 1st awakening (Motivated me to go from level 50 to 75 in less than a week. Silent Eye...)
Wrecking Ball - Launcher 1st awakening (I suppose this is for comedic relief. Whatever I guess just rush 2nd awakening for Destroyer.)
Neople, you guys have done a great job so far in everything else, but a lot of the titles are just such a turn off...The thing is, you guys gave really cool names to basically 60% of the classes so I know you guys could nail this department if you guys put in the effort and give some love to every class! /rant
For some, my rant will seem stupid because it has nothing to do with gameplay. But for me, I personally do care about the title I get after progressing down the game, and I would prefer a respectable title after spending hundreds of hours trying to reach endgame.
If anyone disagree with my opinion on this, feel free to share your thoughts on this. I'm wondering if I'm the only one bothered by this.
