So, my first day off in like 2 weeks, so I have
not a bad fridge, well after a rapid brew day, (double belgium ale) I pitch and put in fridge.
Set my Starting temp on my Johnson controler. and walk away.
(being the hard headed anal brewer that I am) I look at my temps to make sure they are on point......
82f........
needless to say I take apart my minifridge plug it into a million outlets and nothing it died on me on this fine day.

question, can I ferment wlp500 at 77-80f ?
