I operate a website that publishes informational articles about Dog nutrition - think what a Dog can and cannot eat from the average persons home refrigerator...
I have disclaimers plastered throughout the site, and a thorough set of terms and conditions mainly focusing on the points that this is not veterinary advice, consult a veterinarian, individual pets can have allergies that negate the presented information, never use this website instead of contacting a veterinarian, in case of an emergency contact your veterinarian, etc.
Is getting liability insurance a good idea? I am a sole proprietor and this is my only venture.
Thoughts?
Edit: Am a resident of California, business is registered in California, Terms and Conditions state that local courts will be used for any litigation issues.
