I'm a room temperature gal myself. It gives the grease time to soak in to the cheese so it's not all shiny and wet anymore (I'm lookin' at you, Pizza Hut pizza!). My boyfriend prefers his pizza cold, refrigerator temperature. That's just too far for me.
