So my gf and I just bought a take out pizza place that's been open for 28 years. The fridge is also that old. It's a McCall 2 door commercial refrigerator. Maintenance guy came in today and a part needs to be replaced. He said it's gonna be around $300. Is that even worth it? Or should we just replace it with a used one? We don't know anything about them but I see them on eBay for 400-500. Also auction assets has them for less. Its kind of a gamble though. What if the repair doesn't fix and what if the used replacement sucks. Advice?
