Hello all,
I usually would not post to a subreddit about something like this but its gotten out of control. I am trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am around 6'2" and around 225 lbs; I am a little chubby but naturally athletic. The main thing I am working on is getting my diet under control. I eat at a deficit all day long and well enough. BUT during the night I ALWAYS wake up and go to the kitchen and eat like a zombie. It honestly feels like I dont even control it now. Its been happening for many months and the only reason I haven't gained weight is because of my exercise and eating during the day (not a lot). At this point its gotten so bad that I was planning on seeing my neurologist to ask about why Im continuously waking up so much through out the night. I've even started to hide food in a refrigerator downstairs so I could not get a hold of it. The worst part is that it does not feel like a will power thing, it just happens and I tell myself every night I wont, and it almost always happens and I hate it.
