My flatmate won't "let" me move out after I confronted her about her behaviour. Advice

Hi r/advice. I posted here about a month ago about my flatmate and got alot of great advice from you, so now that things have escalated I thought it would be helpful to post again. The previous post is here

Just a warning, things with her boyfriend got REALLY weird

I realise now I had been a bit negligent in my description of the situation. I do want to make it clear now that he made frequent and explicit, and most importantly, unwanted comments about my body alot when I saw him. I started to feel so uncomfortable being at home (because he is there 5-6 nights a week) that I started to couch surf. I came home for a few nights last week and everything came to a bit of a climax. When i got home, the house was infested with bugs. There are roaches every where, and weird bugs in all my food. Someone had knocked over the garbage and it was spilled all over the floor, and on my expensive couch. It had obviously been that day for a while, as there were stains all over the floor which I have now cleaned up. I asked Jenna about this and she said she had no idea what I was talking about. I have some screenshots of these if anyone wants to see how flippant she was. On top of this, later that night her boyfriend came over while she was still at work (somehow he seems to own keys to our building without me knowing about it), took off all his clothes and sat in the living room only wearing his briefs. I came out of my room to make dinner and Ethan was just sitting there. He stared at me the entire time I was out of the room, made a comment about how good I looked and I freaked out. I went back to my room and got a friend to come get me. He has made so many weird comments in this past that this seems to be almost... aggressive? I don't know. It really scared me.

After this, I snapped. I started looking at houses and I've found somewhere I want to live. So I told her about 3 or 4 days ago that I'm moving. Her response was "I don't want you to do that". I'm not even joking. After that, nothing. I've tried to sms her because I need to organise a new flatmate for my room (my landlord is okay with me moving, but only with the condition I find a new tenant. I'm not sure if Jenna needs to approve) and what happens to ALL of the furniture in the house. The only other thing she's said to me is that she is not interested in living with anyone but me. I imagine because I was a lot easier to walk all over than someone else would be, but I've started paying my rent at the new place and need to find someone for this room ASAP. What do I do? Do I just conduct inspections while she is working so she can't sabotage me finding someone new? Do I take all my furniture, including the refrigerator her food is in? I'm not sure how to deal with her being completely silent. I don't want to bring up her boyfriend as an argument because it would just get messy, and the real issue is that she has no respect for me to the point of giving our keys out to people without my permission.
