Small portable refrigerator? Nootropics

Hi there,

I am looking for a small portable refrigerator suitable for cooling semax, selank etc while on the road. Any suggestions for a small car fridge? Alternatively, any thoughts on these tiny insulin coolers?:

A few years back I saw some sterling engine coolers sold for medical use that ran of 12V and mains, but computer says no. I think they were about 2x 6-pack size.

Suggestions?
