Please help with my apartment complex! houston


I have lived in Chateaux Dijon for almost 2 years now. In that time, I have had my refrigerator, stove/oven, 2 faucets, my showerhead, and garbage disposal all replaced, on top of my A/C being repaired multiple times AND replaced completely. This morning when I woke up, I found that my hot water wasn't working. In the 2 years of living there, it has been out AT LEAST 30-40 days total. I've waited days for my appliances to be replaced. So, it's nice to have all new stuff, but I've had to be without them for days at a time. When I went to them saying it was BS that literally every appliance I had broke, their reply was, "At least you have all new stuff." Yeah... but it shouldn't all have broken! When I have said something regarding hot water and not being able to shower for work, they have replied, "You can't go to work without a shower?" Of course I can. The point is I shouldn't have to! They have told me multiple times to just wet a towel and drape it over my head to wet my hair. They have made no attempt to reconcile or ever even admit wrong doing. They've never offered any discount from anything, despite the fact that I'm not getting the services I have paid for. I'm just wondering what can possibly be done, if anything.
