Butorphanol syrup - Anyone have any experience with this? opiates

I need yalls opinion asap. Please only respond if you have personal accounts of using this drug or if you have done research about this and are decently informed. Please don't comment just to give your opinion, tell me I'm an idiot for asking, etc etc. I just want this to be a productive thread about a topic that I have not been able to find much info about elsewhere.

I was at my parent's house tonight who are 100% convinced that the economy is going to collapse soon and basically have been preparing for the apocalypse for the past few years. For example, my old room is now a pantry filled with boxes upon boxes of food for storage. Other examples include solar panels all over the roof, rain water collection systems throughout the gutters, gun hoarding, medical supplies hoarding, etc. Because of this, they have a huge refrigerator filled with tons of medications, many of which are prescription or purchased in Mexico where pharmaceuticals are cheaper and easier to obtain. As an opiate addict, of course I have been aware of this and have picked at the good drugs over time when I have been unable to find anything. Drugs like hydrocodone, alprazolam, tramadol (times of severe desperation), and others have been depleted, causing me to search a little bit harder and looking up some medications I had originally written off as worthless.

Today I found something I had previously overlooked. It is an opiate called butorphanol and was prescribed to my cat after a surgery a year ago. It is a syrup solution. The bottle says that it contains 15.5mL of solution and it's strength is 0.3mg/ml, meaning that there is a little less than 5mg worth of butorphanol in there. I have read 1-2 experiences online where people have taken this to varying effects, usually agreeing that it was quite intense but with varying dosages and tolerances.

So I have come to you. Can anyone tell me if this has any value whatsoever? If so, should I drink it or IV it? I imagine I'll have to do all of it since it's prescribed for a 10lb cat without much of a tolerance... For reference, I'm a 150lb male who has taken opiates for 3 years consistently. I started to IV about two months ago. So you understand where my tolerance may be at, I usually shoot 16mg dilaudid (for a huge rush), snort 40mg opana for a insane nods, take about 80mg oxy orally for a good buzz, maybe 140mg hydrocodone for a decent buzz if my liver doesn't fail, or 2mg suboxone if I just want to feel well. I woke speak on heroin since it is not consistent enough to speak on my tolerance.

Anyone know about this?
