[Build Help] Help me pick out a max 1080p rig that does not use a 970, but I need Nvidia. buildapc

Hail, my fellow droogans.

I am going to be building a 1080p system, on the cheap. I don't know what I need, but I would like a few things. I'm going to be using my circa 2009 Antec case, as it's a hell of a nice case. My monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster T200HD 20", 1080p with a nice monoprice dvi cable. I need all new fans, as these are making weird noises. I have a frankencase right now. Groaning and bitching, even after I just blew out everything with compressed air.

1) Maxing it out at 1080p, I may never upgrade to 1440 or 4k, well, not anytime soon.

2) Streaming games to my TV and Nvidia tablet. I bought the shield, as it was actually not a bad deal. So, I need Nvidia to be able to stream over the internet to the tablet when away from the house. Question is, which GPU? The 970 is no bueno. 3.5 gigs is not 4 gigs. Does not compute.

3) Mechanical keyboard.

4) Watercooling? Nah, just nice heatsinks. I'm not really worried about sound. Between dogs and the A/C heating, It's always loud. My Refrigerator and computer fans are in cahoots. One moans like Frankenputer, the other, like the mummy. Both are being put to pasture.

Anyways, Here's Choose my Pc's idea for about a grand...

Minus the Case. Now, the hell am I going to do with this 970? Should I just skip up to the 980 and be done with it? Will the 960 give me at least a few more years? Right now I can't run anything above DX9...
