Hello Everyone,
About us: My Girlfriend and I are looking for a clean female roommate to move in March 1st.
We are 2 working professionals, in our mid 20's, she is in marketing and I work in telecom. We like to play video games and watch movies. I rock climb occasionally at Brooklyn boulders, she likes to knit, and we both like to bike ride.
We have 2 dogs, no cats allowed sorry :-(
The apartment: Top floor of a 2 family house in Quincy. 2 bedrooms, Living room, +2 additional rooms, one setup as an office.
Kitchen has a new dishwasher and refrigerator
There is a washer & dryer in the basement shared with the landlord
Fenced front and back yard.
There is a drive way shared with the landlord. Not much space but street parking is available.
Utilities include gas heat, electric, and cable/internet
