I got a job, my first one. I am very happy, but here comes a problem. What to eat!?
I'm trying to get into shape (lose 10lbs), so I try to eat healthy, but I don't have ideas.
I work 7 am - 3 pm and I am very hungry in the morning (I usually eat whole grain big piece of bread and at around noon I eat banana and an apple, but that's not enough). I can't cook at work, we have a refrigerator and I can't go anywhere to buy anything, they only deliver burgers and pizzas there.
So what's healthy meals can I make at home and carry to work? :)
