- I am supposed to refrigerate vermouth? I use both French and Italian.
- How long does a both of vermouth stay good for use, if it is maintained properly?
- I bought a big bottle of Olive Juice (Brine). After I open that, should I keep that refrigerated? It does not say "keep refrigerated after opening" on the bottle.
- Bonus Question: Anyone have a good margarita recipe? I tried one from Dale DeGroff, and I really didn't like it too much. I am thinking I want to try a sweetened recipe.
