Pointers, ideas needed. keto


Hey to you all. Been lurking and thinking about the keto. 112 kg just now but sure as hell would like to lose about 20 kg. Or even more. Have a sitting job in the machines all the time and that has added some fat. I do smoke also:( Go swimming 4 hr a week and hold a gym membership which I pay but havent really been there a long time(April or may was last time, 60€ per month.stupid)


So how do I start? Literally. I eat loads of meat but also have a tendency to eat in evenings (candy/thick white bread sandwiches with sausage and cheese/ramen/gin tonic/beer/ or whatever is in the refrigerator) +even sugar water with just bread. Damn.


What to i do? Where do I start? How can I find real motivation rather than just think about doing more and then be depressed and angry of not actually doing any of the shit I have thought I really should? Any strict food plan? Is lemon water ok? Is fish ok?


I need help. Feel bad constantly and have high sugar level.
