Feeling hypo and want to talk to everybody and do everything! I love this part. I was productive at work yesterday, planned all my meals for the week and created a shopping list, made dinner for my family, bathed and put my son to bed with 100% patience (he's at the rebellious-at-bedtime phase) by 8pm, then went to visit my mom, went to the gym, went to the grocery store, came home and reorganized the refrigerator and cleaned it and put the groceries away, half prepped dinner for tonight, showered, put my clothes and jewelry together for today, packed a lunch, then made myself go to bed at midnight. Got up on time this morning, got my son all ready, actually made a real breakfast and made it to work 10 minutes to spare and looking half way decent in appearance. Super on top of work things so far today, and supporting my reddit peeps now on my morning break. After work I'm going to the gym again and have dinner already planned, prepped, and waiting to be cooked. Please no negative "be careful of the downswing" posts. I know it's eventually coming but I'm just enjoying the current productivity and energy I'm having. I'm not saying don't comment!!! Please do! But be positive please. I want to keep positive and "type-A normal" as long as possible. There has to be a way to keep my mood happy. I'm happy with my meds, but I'm more controlled versus cured lol. Currently on 400mg lamictal, 10mg focalin (adhd), 1mg klonipin as needed for agitation, 5mg of abilify (anti- psychotic for hallucinations) , 30 mg of norco( 7.5 four times a day) for sciatica.
