Sorry if this is the wrong sub-reddit for this question.
My Korean gf, makes an effort to leave cooked food (sometimes uncooked) out of the refrigerator that she plans to eat or cook the next day.
This bothers me. I've been thought to always refrigerate food. She claims the food will just fine if left out overnight.
Is this a Korean thing?
