I took a break from studying and went out to my apartment patio for a spliff. I finish up, but then hear loud banging and screaming inside. I turn around to see one of my housemates pacing in the kitchen in anguish. Before I begin to go inside to calm him down, I see him open the freezer of the refrigerator and swing the door at his forehead, relentlessly. I'm frozen in shock while high as fuck. I've never seen anyone do that.
I live in a triple with other roommates, and he lives in a single in the back of the apartment so I don't see him often. We usually only talk when we encounter each other in the kitchen. I assume he didn't see me in the patio because it was dark outside but I had to go back in.
He obviously heard the door slide open, and I guess he realized I probably witnessed what happened. I try to go back to my room quickly so I can gather myself from what I just saw. As soon as I close my door behind me, I hear him knock on it loudly. I open it and see him holding his forehead in pain, but asks if me or my roommate have an extra mouse to lend. I respond by feeling my pockets and saying no, looking like an idiot. Who keeps an extra computer mouse in their pants? Now I feel awkward every time I see him.
TLDR; Witnessed my housemate hit his forehead with the freezer door multiple times from gaming rage while I was getting high in the patio. He realized I saw him but proceeded to ask if I had an extra mouse. I responded by feeling my pockets for an extra mouse.
