My parents have a house in Berkley near 12 mile and Coolidge that I plan to rent. My friend is going to move in as well and has a dog (pit bull mix).
I have the entire basement to rent out and am looking at $550 a month to get for it. The basement includes: -Two rooms with closets (one is more of an office size) -Full bathroom (equipped with multiple lights and fan) -Living room type area -Storage area under stairs with built in shelves -Shared laundry room -Shared pantry (there is enough room to fit another refrigerator in the pantry) -House has forced air during winter and air conditioning during summer
The kitchen is upstairs and would be shared. There is also a fenced in back yard, a two car garage, and shed. My parents already left me the snow blower, shovels, and lawn mower. The house already has a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove.
My friend and I are 25 & 26, we both work Monday - Friday jobs that start in the AM. Looking for someone who could move in mid-January or the beginning of February. I'm hoping this post is better on reddit than trying to use Craigslist. PM for more questions or if interested.
