Just for Fun: Dog IQ Tests. Have you ever given your dog one? Which one did you use and what were the results? dogs

I just gave Bo Boy a bunch of trials from various dog IQ tests and he failed miserably on all of them.

It took him over two minutes to retrieve a treat from under a red solo cup.

I draped a towel over his head and he just quested around blindly for a minute then spent half a minute of concentrated effort attempting to remove it.

The only test he did well on was responding to "Refrigerator!" when I called to him in the same tone I use his name.

I can't express what it was like watching him bumble his way through test after test just to trot up happily when I holler "Refrigerator!" into the house.

I'm never going to look at my dog the same way.
