I went to my grandmothers house last night for a Christmas dinner, and was sent home with a lot of turkey, and ham leftovers. The problem is, I'm not sure how long it was sitting out, or if it had been placed in the refrigerator after we were done eating.
At most it was sitting out for 4-5 hours, but honestly I'm not sure if someone had put it in the refrigerator during that time or not.
