We love shellfish. It's Christmas but Mr. Allergic will be here. Usually we get salmon but dammit I'm not feeling selfless. Anybody have an idea of something simple, preferably hot, to make where I don't have to worry about contaminating any other foodstuffs in a teeny tiny kitchen with a teeny refrigerator? I think I'm going to a pork belly in the oven. TIA!
