Question on food tracking keto


Yesterday was my first successful keto day and I logged everything into my fitness pal.. eating to satiety I think I nailed my macros and calories pretty close... one question I had was how you get your cooking fats included in your macros.. For example I fried myself a New York steak last night In a pile of coconut oil with a chopped up mushroom. Then I took a half cup of steamed broccoli out of the refrigerator and sauteed that in the remaining coconut oil and steak drippings soaking it all up.. Do you just add a few tablespoons of coconut oil to that meal?
