I'm starting a cut next week with a target daily calorie intake of 2,050. I'd like to eat a daily balanced breakfast, same thing every day. Target breakfast calories is 500-600.
My office has a refrigerator and microwave. I can bring in a toaster and blender. I have an 11kg bag of Impact Whey Protein on-hand. I can bring in any other groceries that are needed on a weekly basis.
I basically like anything food-wise. Am thinking maybe a protein/spinach/fruit shake plus microwavable oats with a bit of maple syrup for flavoring.
I welcome any ideas here - thanks in advance!
