We live in a pretty sweet house on West 10th, just adjacent to the JO south. One of our roommates is living elsewhere next year, so we're looking for a 6th roommate to join us on our lease next year. Rent is 450 a month, not including utilities (which haven't been overly expensive so far!). Our house is clean, has two bathrooms and two refrigerators, as well as a washer and dryer.
