We have a spare fridge that my wife would like to start using (full size normal kitchen fridge) in our basement. I'd like to plug it in my boiler room in the basement, but he spot doesn't have easy plug access. I'm wondering if it is okay to use a appliance extension cord to run power to the basement fridge?
