My roommate and I live in an apartment complex. Since about February of this year we've seen roaches. At first it was one or two. Now they are everywhere. Two feet from my head there appears to be a small nest. Behind the refrigerator there's about two inches of roach carcass. When we shower they race across the wall. We have to shake our shoes when we put them on to get the roaches out.
We've told apartment management and they gave us a goo to put in the corners. It worked for a week and then they came back.
We've already found somewhere else to live and have paid a move out fee but we're stuck here until mid November when our new apartment is ready. What do y'all think the best option for us is? Is there anything (I mean anything, extreme or not) that we can do to get rid of these roaches until we at least move out? Or are we better off moving into a motel at this point?
We're tired of waking up with roaches crawling on our bodies and around our faces.
