Refrigerator condenser fan problems DIY

So my Fridge and freezer had been getting gradually warmer over the last few weeks. So I relocated the contents of the freezer to my chest freezer and opened up the condenser assembly. My fan wasn't moving when the compressor was running. I gave the fan a little push with my finger and it slowly started moving again and eventually started moving at high speeds after about 10 seconds. I'm gonna leave it be for a day to see if the temperatures return to normal but while I still have the freezer compartment empty I wanted to know if there was anything I should do to ensure the fan doesn't stop any more.

The fan itself looked clean and the condenser coils were a bit frosty but not nearly as bad as I expected. The bottom of the freezer was partially caked in frozen water but I am not sure if this is due to not having proper circulation or if there is a drainage problem.

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!
