Ice maker completely stopped making ice about 2 days ago.
Whirlpool icemaker #2198597 appears to be working okay, harvesting cycle seems to still work properly.
Checked the LED light and sometimes appeared on and normal, other times LED appeared completely dead. So I decided to replace:
Whirlpool 4389102 Ice Level Control Board Kit for Refrigerator
to no avail. LED appears to be normal again, but no refill of the tray is occurring.
Decided to try hair dryer on the water dispensing rubber nub. Used hair dryer for about 2 minutes, but still no water going into ice tray.
So what am I missing here and what should be my next step?
