I have some Raw Meal from Garden of Life remaining. It's a rice protein meal replacement shake, a serving is about 30g of carbs. I'd like to finish up the jar and continue on keto. If I understand correctly, high GI is ideal for preworkout, but what about low GI?
My current plan is to make refrigerator cookies, mixed with coconut flour and nut butter and eat a little bit each day so it doesn't affect ketosis. However if I were to drink a full serving of this low GI protein powder, when's the best time to consume it?
