For lunch and dinner.
I'm not on keto yet, but want to start.
I'm 6'4 SW:275, CW:265, GW: 199
Right now my setup is:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, either fried or hard boiled + 1 piece of toast
Lunch - usually chicken breast and a vegetable (Usually broccoli, green beans) which i prepare the night before. + Handful of almonds.
Dinner - Whatever is made (Still live at home, not quite financially stable to move out yet, but getting there.)
This is where i mess up, by eating unhealthy foods and/or too much.
So my plan is to prepare everything on Sunday for a weeks worth of food for Lunch and Dinner, freeze them, and pop them in the refrigerator the night before. I got lunch pretty much figured out i just need options for Dinner.
By doing this ill be doing keto which i always wanted to start, i'll have portion sized meals, and ill only have to cook 1 day a week.
